Note that under the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules 2011, if there is non-compliance with the Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, and/or any policies contained herein, we (as the intermediary under these rules) have the right to immediately terminate user access to the computer resource and remove non-compliant information.   1. Our Role and where we Stand

You acknowledge and agree that both we and the Website serve as a platform for communication among users and individuals browsing/visiting the Website. We function as a communication facilitator and intermediary, providing a platform for Parties to read, create, adapt, share, and exchange children’s books, stories, and information. The Website also includes various third-party user-generated content and material. We and the Website do not originate or initiate transmissions, select senders or receivers, or modify the information in transmissions. We have no control over third-party user-generated content.

There may be instances where, while promoting our platform on various social media sites, user information may inadvertently be collected, allowing users to be targeted on the social media site via an advertising campaign. We do not have access to such user data, and we cannot guarantee that such campaigns will not run, as they are based on code used and generated by a social media site, such as Facebook.

We cannot guarantee, warrant, assure, or ensure that users or visitors will engage in activities on the website in compliance with these Terms. We are not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes between users or visitors. We and the website do not make any representations or warranties regarding the attributes (such as legal title, creditworthiness, identity, etc.) of any users or visitors. It is advised to independently verify the credibility of any user or visitor and the information or data they provide on the website. Exercise your best judgment in dealing with any user or visitor.

We and the website do not actively moderate the information and data provided by other users and visitors on the website. You have the option to raise a Red Flag, which is reflected on every story detail page, in case you find any content to be offensive. Once a Red Flag is raised, the Story Kingdom administrator and the management body takes the necessary action. Flagging is only for inappropriate information.

The materials presented or performed on the Services (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, articles, photos, images, illustrations, User Submissions (defined below), and so forth) (referred to as the ‘Content’) are safeguarded by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Process in any such suit, action or proceeding may be served on any party anywhere in the world, whether within or without the jurisdiction of any such court.
