Amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown, when kids were confined indoors, and parents sought meaningful ways to engage them, a spark of an idea was born. What started as a simple passion for sharing stories grew into a platform dedicated to fostering creativity, imagination, and love for books in children.

Founders Details
Surbhi Bhasin – Founder
I am an internationally certified storyteller and professionally trained in Jolly Phonics. With Master’s in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), I have spent over 12 years shaping young minds in schools before discovering my true passion for storytelling.
What began as fun time reading books to my son and an online storytelling workshop with a few parents has blossomed into over 500 sessions, both online and offline, transforming Story Kingdom into a vibrant community where children and parents come together to experience the magic of stories.
My mission is to inspire children to fall in love with books and unlock their imagination through the power of storytelling.
I believe that “Storytelling is Sharing Happiness,” like I do with my son since he was a baby, I am dedicated to guiding families on this magical journey, one story at a time.
